How can we help?

No. Games, codes, the practice quiz, the gallery, Buddy and the "Safe online" course work without an account. With an account you can collect stars, upload screenshots and build your block avatar.

Tap "Sign in with Roblox" on your profile page. You sign in to Roblox and allow us to read your public profile (name and avatar picture). We never see your Roblox password.

From 13 – that’s a Roblox rule. If you are younger, you can use everything else without an account. If you are 13 to 15, we ask your parents first.

You enter the email address of your mum, dad or another parent. They get a short email with a button to agree. The link is valid for 7 days. As soon as they agree, your account is ready.

Ask your parents to check their spam folder too (sender: [email protected]). You can send it again on your profile page – at most 3 times a day. Also check that the address is spelled correctly.

At the very bottom of your profile page there is "Delete account". All data is gone immediately: stars, extras, avatar, portraits and your screenshots. This cannot be undone.

That only happens after a rule violation. You can still view and delete your account. If you think it’s wrong, write to [email protected] – a person will look at it.

Points for mahshid.de. They have no money value, cannot be bought, paid out or traded, and have nothing to do with Robux.

Daily bonus on your profile page (+5), a full stamp card – 7 visit days within 14 days, breaks don’t matter (+25), every right quiz answer (+5, 3 questions a day), an approved screenshot (+10), screenshot of the week (+200), winning the weekly theme (+100), each Block Parkour level the first time you finish it (+20, once per level), being first to report a real code (+50) and once the "Safe online" course (+30). Everyday actions earn at most 100 stars a day.

Avatar frames, badges, name colours, profile themes, a sticker pack for the gallery, parts for your block avatar, an AI portrait or 24 hours of "highlight" for your own screenshots. Everything has a fixed price, there are no surprise boxes, and what you swap for is yours to keep.

Everyone can voluntarily put stars into a shared pot (at most 50 a day). When the goal is reached, EVERYONE gets an avatar set – even those who gave nothing. If it doesn’t work out by the deadline, everyone gets their own stars back.

Check the daily limit on your profile page and the history at the bottom. If something is wrong, write to [email protected] with your Roblox name.

In the avatar workshop. Skin tones, colours and many parts are free; special parts can be tried on first and then swapped for stars. Your avatar on Roblox does not change.

Only if you switch it on in the workshop. Then a small head picture appears next to your screenshots in the gallery – without your name.

An AI paints a picture of your avatar (150 stars, at most 2 a day). It is made on our own computer, with no photos and no text input, and only you can see it. If it fails, you get all stars back. If the AI computer is busy, your order waits a little.

Only your own Roblox screenshots. No real names, faces, addresses or private chats – not even other people’s. Nothing mean or unsuitable.

Every picture is checked by an AI first. Your profile page shows for 30 days why a picture did not appear and whether the AI or a person decided. If you think it’s wrong, write to [email protected].

Tap 🚩. The picture disappears immediately until we have checked it.

They show you like a picture: ❤️ 🔥 😮 for everyone, 👏 😂 🤩 🏆 with the sticker pack. Only the number of each sticker is shown, never who gave it. Stickers earn no stars.

No. Robux only come officially from Roblox. "Free Robux" and "Robux generators" are always scams. More in the "Safe online" course.

No, Buddy is an AI running on our own computer. Buddy can make mistakes. Don’t enter personal data in the chat; your chats are not stored.

That matters. Talk to your parents or an adult you trust. Free, anonymous help: child helpline 116 111 (many EU countries; UK: Childline 0800 1111). In danger: 112.

Roblox ID, Roblox name, avatar picture, age group, stars with history, extras, quiz answers (30 days) and uploaded pictures. No ads, no tracking, no sharing. Everything is in the privacy policy.

No. Nothing is sold on mahshid.de; stars cannot be bought. The AI Studio is a separate offer for adults only.

Yes. The link in your confirmation email shows an overview: stars, recent activity, badges, public screenshots and the avatar. Lost the link? Request a new one here.

Through the same link in the confirmation email. The account is then deleted immediately. If you no longer have the email, request a new link or write to [email protected].

No. There is no chat between users. The only chat is Buddy, an AI with filters.
