Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · This is a translation of the German terms of use. If the two versions differ, the German version applies.

1. Who we are and what this is about

mahshid.de is a Roblox community run by Christian Stark, Maxstr. 14, 52070 Aachen, Germany (see legal notice). These terms apply to the use of the website, the account, the gallery, the AI helper Buddy and push notifications. Use is free of charge. The AI Studio is a separate offer for adults only; orders there are also subject to the terms in the respective offer.

mahshid.de is not an offer of Roblox and is neither operated nor endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

2. Account with Roblox sign-in

• You create an account by signing in with your Roblox account. We never see your Roblox password.
• Accounts are available from age 13 (a Roblox rule). After the first sign-in we ask for your age. If you are 13 to 15, we send a parent an email; only when a parent agrees can you collect stars and upload screenshots. Your parents can withdraw their permission at any time; the account is then deleted. If you are 16 or 17, please only use the account if your parents agree.
• One account per person. You may not pass on or sell your account.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time on your profile page; this also deletes your stars, extras and uploaded screenshots. Accounts without a sign-in for 2 years are deleted automatically.

3. Content rules

Uploading screenshots requires an account. For everything you upload or report (screenshots, nicknames, codes):

• Only your own screenshots from Roblox that you hold the rights to.
• Nothing unsuitable for children: no violence, no sexual content, no insults, no hate, no advertising.
• No personal data: no real names, faces, addresses, phone numbers or private chats – not even of other people.
• No made-up codes and no links to "free Robux" or other scam sites.

You are responsible for your content. By uploading, you allow us to show it on mahshid.de until you delete it or your account.

4. Moderation

Uploaded pictures are first checked twice by an AI on the operator's own devices. Pictures without findings are published automatically, borderline cases are checked by a person, and clearly unsuitable pictures are deleted by the AI immediately. Reported codes only appear after we have checked them. Buddy's answers are filtered automatically. We remove content that breaks these rules or the law. In case of repeated or serious violations we can block or delete an account; we tell you why beforehand.

If a picture of yours is not published or is removed, you see the reason in your profile for 30 days, and whether the AI or a person decided. You can object by email; a person will then check again. Pictures highlighted with stars are shown first in the gallery for 24 hours and are marked "Highlighted"; otherwise we sort by date or by reactions.

Every picture can be reported with 🚩; we accept detailed reports and complaints about our decisions by email at info@christianstark.net (see the reporting procedure, in German).

5. Stars

Stars are points that you can earn with an account on mahshid.de and swap for extras on mahshid.de. They cannot be bought, have no money value, cannot be paid out, cannot be exchanged for Robux or other goods and cannot be transferred to others. They have nothing to do with Robux or Roblox "Star Codes".

• Earning: for example with the daily bonus (collect once a day on your profile page), the stamp card (any 7 visit days within 14 days – taking a break costs nothing), approved screenshots, the screenshot of the week, right answers in the daily quiz (one try per question), finishing each level of Block Parkour and the code adventure for the first time (once per level), once for completing the "Safe online" course, and for codes you are the first to report and that we confirm. Milestones (e.g. first quiz question, 10 approved screenshots) earn badges in the badge album – no time limit, nothing expires. During promotions (e.g. the launch festival or double quiz stars at the weekend) there are temporarily more stars; this is shown on your profile page. Current amounts and limits are shown on your profile page; everyday actions earn at most 100 stars per day. Reactions earn no stars.
• Swapping: for extras such as avatar frames, badges, name colours, profile themes, sticker packs for the gallery, parts for the block avatar, or highlighting one of your own screenshots for 24 hours. Every extra has a fixed price shown in advance; there is no random content (no surprise boxes) and there are no time-limited offers. Swapped stars are not returned. Extras give no advantage over others.
• Weekly theme: every week there is a photo theme. Anyone who wants to can enter a matching screenshot. At the end of the week our team picks one picture in each of three categories; the account behind it gets stars and a badge. There is no voting and no claim to a prize; the content rules (no. 3) apply here too.
• Block avatar: in the avatar workshop you build an avatar from fixed parts. Skin tones, colours and many parts are free. All parts are mahshid.de's own designs and not Roblox content; your avatar on Roblox does not change.
• Community pot: you can voluntarily put stars into a shared pot, at most as many per day as shown on your profile page. When the goal is reached, all members get the announced set – even those who gave nothing. Stars given stay in the pot. If the goal is not reached by the stated day, everyone automatically gets their own stars back. We do not show publicly who gave how much.
• Launch festival (until 30 November 2026): new accounts receive 100 welcome stars once, the founder badge and the festival set for the block avatar. When mahshid.de reaches 500 members, everyone gets the festival frame. There are no random prizes.
• Play fair: multiple accounts, arranged reactions, exploiting bugs or other tricks are not allowed. In such cases we may remove stars and extras obtained without entitlement and block the account for repeated violations. We tell you why beforehand.

We may change the rules for earning and swapping stars for the future; stars and extras you already have stay yours. When an account is deleted, its stars and extras expire.

5a. Block Parkour: leaderboard and your own levels

• Leaderboard: you decide yourself whether your times appear in the leaderboard (default: off); 13- to 15-year-olds need their parents' permission for this. You only appear with a random nickname. There are no stars, prizes or advantages for places. Times we do not consider fairly reached (e.g. through tricks or changed game data) are simply not listed, without further notice – this does not involve any penalty or ban. Every entry can be reported with ⚑.
• Building your own levels: in the level builder you build levels from fixed blocks. Not allowed: letters, numbers, words, signs or symbols (especially banned symbols such as swastikas), shapes that are unsuitable for children, and copies of other maps, games or logos. You can only submit a level once you have finished it yourself.
• Review and publication: we check every level before others can see it. Publicly we only show the level and its name, never who built it. If we reject or remove a level, you see the reason in the builder and can object by email to info@christianstark.net; a human then checks again. Every community level can be reported with ⚑; it is then hidden until we have checked it again. A changed level is checked like a new one.
• Level of the week: our team can pick a public community level as “level of the week” and show it prominently – without a vote and without the name of the person who built it. The account behind it gets stars and a badge for this. There is no entitlement to it.
• Right of use: by submitting, you allow us to show your level on mahshid.de free of charge and let others play it until you delete it or your account. We do not get any other rights to your level.

6. AI features

Buddy is an AI, and captions (marked "🤖 AI"), the "AI trends of the day" and event summaries are also written by an AI. They can contain mistakes and do not replace advice. Do not enter personal data there. Buddy does not recommend paid offers.

AI portrait: for stars, an AI paints a picture of your block avatar in the chosen style. The pictures are AI-generated and labelled as such; they are only visible to you and may be used privately but not sold. We cannot promise a particular result. If painting fails, the AI computer cannot be reached for too long, or the picture does not fit our rules, you get all stars back. How many portraits are possible per day is shown in the avatar workshop.

7. Availability and liability

mahshid.de is under construction (beta). Features can change, fail or be discontinued. Player counts, codes and event information come from public sources; we give no guarantee that they are correct. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we announce it on the website. Anyone with an account can delete it at any time if they do not agree with the new terms.

9. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
